All the uncertainty and frustration that's been building up for months - what can you do with those feelings?
Use them. Repurpose them. Find ways to channel them into productivity and creation. It could be writing or playing music or dancing, building something, working out, running. There are plenty of things you can do on your own if necessary. And with little or no cost. All your excess energy needs an outlet. If you can do something physical, even if it just uses your hands, that will help tremendously. It will be good for you mentally and physically. Give it a try, you may be surprised at how pent up feelings can be transformed into creativity - unless you're already that, of course!
