Our body sends us messages all the time via aches and pains, tension, illness, injury.
Energy gets blocked by our worries and concerns. We don't pay attention and our worries continue to build or we don't know how to stop them. And the blockages grow bigger and stronger until we're forced to acknowledge them. It's true that many of our problems don't have simple answers, like the Covid-19 virus. So what do we do? We have faith and we use our spiritual practices. We go into Nature. We ask for guidance and then be open. And be patient. And we pay attention to our body's messages. Where is the pain or injury? What is the spiritual meaning behind it? Check your chakra resources. I have information on chakras in my Free Resources Toolkit. Sometimes it's easy to spot the problem. For example, our back supports us. Our knees bend, they're flexible. If there's pain in one of those areas, are we worried about our finances or are we being stubborn or rigid about something? The spiritual meaning of our physical pains can be connected to events in the physical world - or not. What I mean is this. When an aspect of our life is out of balance with what we need, we're given pain to alert us to our need to regain balance, as I just described. The pain may come from an injury, from an external event. A problem needs our attention. If we're unable to solve it very quickly, then we need to ask what's needed. And continue asking. When we're living in harmony, the body feels lighter. Some of our physical "scars" may remain, but there's a lot we can do when we acknowledge the relationship among all facets of our being.
